Function: Performs a variety of activities required to maintain the building, equipment and machinery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains equipment to support manufacturing.
- Repair activities including carpentry, plumbing, electricity, welding, pneumatics and HVAC.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration programs.
- Supports company goals.
- Follows all safety rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions.
- Advanced math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Function: Formulates, directs, and coordinates all research and development programs. Introduces new products and processes into overall company strategy and makes recommendations for the improvement and cost reduction of existing products and processes. Electroplating experience of 10-15 years required. Post Graduate education preferred. Compensation commensurate with experience.
Engineering Technician
Function: Performs a variety of activities required to define engineering processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Address all CARs and customer complaints prior to production planning
- Project leader/line owner
- Prepares Shop Travelers, Job Planners and coordinates with production & tool crib
- Chairs the Pre start-up meetings
- Maintain Scorecard/continuous improvements
- Maintains a tour ready work center
- Trouble shooting and line audits
- Follows all ISO & TS systems and procedures
- Review all project paperwork, update shop traveller, document job improvements & file job packet
- Follows the sequence of the production schedule
- Set up and direct lines according to the Work Instructions
- Maintains quality of product as outlined on product/manufacturing work instructions
- Works in teams of several workers or alone as directed

Analytical Chemist
Function: Responsible for process solution control and environmental compliance in accordance with ISO regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze and maintain process solutions, precious metals conservation and recovery, operation and management of the waste treatment system, environmental compliance, mount, polish and read cross sections, obey all safety rules, performs other related duties as assigned, must be able to life 50 pounds and move drums with a dolly - weight up to 800 pounds.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Technical or Associates Degree, experienced in analytical procedures using AA, ICP-OES and gravimetric techniques, ability to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions, ability to identify and communicate quality problems to supervisor, advanced math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, ability to work independently and perform cooperatively with others, and computer knowledge.
CNC Machinist
Machinist - CNC Lathe Operator
5-10 years experience required. Candidates will have experience with CNC Mills with attachments, CNC Cylindrical Grinders, belt grinding equipment, and must be capable of programming, interpreting drawings set-up, and running of CNC Lathes (Primarily Mazak Equip).
